 CHILD POLICY

Children 02 – 11 years in own tent, pays 75% of the per person sharing rate per night Children 02 – 11 years sharing tent with 02 adults, pays 75% of the per person sharing rate per night

Children 02 – 11 years sharing tent with 01 adult, pays 75% of the per person sharing rate per night & the adult pays full Single room rates

Terms and Conditions

Payment terms:

• Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit
• Full balance of payment is required 35 days prior to clients arrival
• A confirmation voucher will be issued only on receipt of 100% payment of booking
• Africa Eco Camps Ltd. may at its discretion, not honor a booking if payment has not been received within 35 days from the arrival date.
• In the event of an increase in taxes, levies, statutory charges, or any other input costs, we reserve the right to make amendments to the rates accordingly
• Maasai Mara Game Reserve costs are correct at the time of print and may change without prior notice

Cancellation and Reduction in Number Policy:

• 20% deposit is non-refundable
• Between 60 and 35 days prior to date of stay 30% of the total cost will be charged
• Between 34 and 15 days prior to date of stay 50% of the total cost will be charged
• Between 14 and a no show, 100% of the total cost will be charged

Late Departure Policy:

• Check-out is 10am regardless of the time of arrival
• Late departures after 12pm will be charged $100.00 per adult and $50.00 per child. This will include extra lunch, late transfer to airstrip & game drive en-route
• We do not guarantee late check-out from the tents & this is subject to availability

Insurance:

All guests should take out a comprehensive insurance cover when paying their confirmation on deposit, to cover them for cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, personal baggage, emergency evacuation back home and money.

Luggage:

Please keep luggage light – duffel bags are preferable

Non Residents:

Usage of the rates in this agreement automatically signifies acceptance by the tour operator of the booking terms and conditions as stated.
