Notes:

1. All Rates and supplements are in dollars per room per day All-Inclusive.
2. Child policy:
3. a) Children sharing: 0 – 2 yrs stay free all seasons.
4. b) Children sharing with parents: 3 – 11 yrs pays usd 60 per day in any room category, except in the festive period 24 Dec to 02 Jan, where child

sharing pays Kes 8,000 per day in any room category.

1. c) Child/children sharing with 1 adult; single rate for adult plus child rate (per kid or kids) to apply.
2. d) Children in own room: Children 3-11yrs; Single child gets 25% discount off the single room rate. 2 children in room pay the single room rate. 3

children in room pay the double room rate.

3. The rates is inclusive of all meals and snacks, selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and entertainment programs by our

animation team and excludes water sports, tennis lessons, use of the Spa, boutique and specialty restaurants.

4. Reservation guaranteed only by advance payment. Bookings are only on request basis and subject to room availability.
