Children & 3rd Person Sharing policy

¨ Children 4.99 years and below stay free of charge if
sharing a room with adults.
¨ Children (5 years to 11.99 years) sharing with adults pay
50% of p.p.s rate.
¨ Kids in own room pay 80% of p.p.s rate.

Festive & New Year’s Supplement

Booking & Payment Procedure
¨ Availability checks possible via e-mail & phone
¨ Quotations & Booking confirmations are only valid via e-mail
¨ 50% deposit payment upon confirmation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
¨ 30-15 days prior to arrival deposit is non-refundable.
¨ 14-7 days prior to arrival 50% of the total amount is to be paid.
¨ 48hrs prior to arrival 100% payment applies.
¨ No-show will always be charged 100% of the total amount.
